Tim Hill: Intriguing user behavior here! So we currently show the booking page in the standard time format for the viewer's locale (e.g. in the US, I'm seeing all your links in 12 hour time format since that's standard here). Curious if you're seeing any patterns of mistaken bookings happening from a specific part of the world?
Thanks Derrick Reimer, I get meeting bookings from literally every corner of the world. I haven't noticed a particular part of the world with this problem but its pretty widespread. I'd say about 30-40% of my meeting bookings are being made at the wrong time despite me having a tick box question asking the person that they have checked AM/PM. They just don't get it. And the only solution I see is that AM / PM is clearly labelled next to every available time.
Derrick Reimer check out the most recent meeting request: https://savvycal.com/events/6d9fb836-24a0-4085-b970-ca1134b5… - I now ask what Country they are in so I can verify the time. They have booked this for 2am their local time
Please please please please do this, it is a simple change and it will make a huge difference to help people understand what time they are booking.
