Add marketing opt in preference to webhooks and Zapier triggers

SavvyCal users can opt to show the "opt in to marketing" checkbox on the booking form, which is used for integrations like ConvertKit. This feature will add that property to event attendee payloads in the API, webhooks, and Zapier.
