Alert schedulers when they've chosen a time slot outside of ordinary working hours
On links that include time slots for organizers that are in a very different time zone, schedulers sometimes don't notice they are actually very early or very late (e.g. they mistake "1 am" for "1 pm"). One simple way to help mitigate this is to show a little warning on the booking form when the time slot falls far outside of normal working hours for the viewer.
