Enable Horizontal Scroll to Navigate Weeks

Having arrow buttons be the only way to advance through weeks on the scheduler is sub-optimal. Please give us the ability to navigate weeks by using the horizontal mouse / trackpad scroll. Also allow forward / back through weeks using the keyboard arrow keys. Let's make the navigation experience as nice as you've made the interface.
