Infuse branding preferences into social preview images

Today, the social preview (a.k.a. open graph image) for scheduling links includes specific metadata for the link (name, duration, organizer, avatar), styled with default SavvyCal colors. When a user has customized their branding preferences in SavvyCal, it would be nice to infuse more of those customizations into the preview image (colors, banner).
