Expanded CRM capabilities
I use SavvyCal contacts to manage the people who book me (students, parents, partners). Here's what would make it even more useful:
1. Merge contacts, automatically and manually. Auto-merge contacts sharing the same email or phone, and let us merge any two records by hand, keeping the full booking history.
2. Several emails and phone numbers per contact. The same person often books with different addresses (typos, school vs. personal email, a parent's phone), which is what creates duplicates in the first place.
3. Statistics by contact: total time booked, number of bookings, booking types, and the calendars, teams and scheduling links they used. It shows at a glance who someone is and how they found you.
4. Assign a time limit to a contact, so a contact can only book up to a set amount of time.
5. Assign a contact to a team, and filter the contacts list by team.
6. Show phone numbers with their country code. Numbers are displayed in national format (a Swiss number appears as 078 977 35 35), so with contacts from several countries you can't tell where a number is from.
7. Show the company logo, for example fetched from the email domain, to recognize contacts at a glance.
8. Required fields parity when booking for a contact. When a host books on behalf of a contact ("Book for contact"), the form skips the required fields that an invitee must fill in, so those bookings end up with missing information.
