Move Reschedule & Cancel links to the top of event descriptions

The Reschedule and Cancel links at the end of the event description are often overlooked - especially with conferencing information taking up a lot of space. I'd love those links to be more visible for people checking an event in their calendar. If possible, these should also be styled links, not the plain URL. The same is true for included questions/answers in the description - they are lost after conferencing info.
