SavvyCal is showing me blocked/busy when appointment is marked as "free"

I have multiple calendars. One for my personal appointments, one for my Google Workspace business, and then I have access to Outlook contractor emails with clients I support. I managed to get all appointments feeding into SavvyCal for scheduling purposes. The only issue I'm running into is that when I have appointments on my calendar that are informational and marked as "show as free", SavvyCal shows me unavailable during those times which is wrong. How do I fix that. It's as if SavvyCal reads appointments, but not if the appointment is listed as show busy, show free? It also takes banner all day things like birthdays and marks the full day as busy even though those are marked as show free.
