When I decide whether or not to validate a request, I want to know what's going on around the appointment, including the day before and the day after. But we only see the day requested by the scheduler. What's more, when you decide to reschedule a pending appointment, you're sent back to the current date, instead of starting from the day of the requested appointment. I imagine that a home page calendar could really simplify this whole process. It would give us an overview of our calendar without having to go back and forth between the Apple, Google and other calendars. It would also allow rescheduling to be managed by drag and drop, etc. I'm thinking as I write, it's a bit messy.
