I really appreciate the rescheduling feature, as I often ask clients to select a new time. However, when they do, the meeting is automatically accepted without an opportunity for me to review or approve the new date. It would be beneficial to have the option to confirm the rescheduled time or request another adjustment when necessary.
If that’s not possible, the current auto-accept behavior needs improvement, as it simply sends the same message as the initial booking. The first message typically states, "Thank you for booking, I'll confirm ASAP," which doesn’t make sense when the meeting is automatically accepted due to a reschedule. Instead, the message should reflect the rescheduling context appropriately.
Additionally, I would appreciate the ability to suggest specific dates that suit my availability based on the client’s request. This would streamline scheduling and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.
