Schedule Appointment from the Override Availability Window
Matt Vanderhoef
I sometimes schedule events with people based on text/email communication outside of my normal availability windows. To do this, you have to:
1) Click to edit the link
2) Click to Override the availability
3) Click Allow
4) Save the link
5) Preview the link
6) Click the overridden time
7) Enter the recipient's information.
It would be helpful to have a simpler way to create an event without sending the link to the recipient, such as:
1) Click to edit the link
2) Click to Override the availability
3) Click "Schedule Appointment" (A new option)
4) Enter the recipient's information

Yes please!! Being able to schedule meetings easily from the backend, without having too fill out the form (like you can in Calendly), would be a game-changer for me! Perfect for agencies like ours where we meet with clients at the same time weekly or fortnightly, and book them in for those. ☺
