I have certain contacts I want to allow to override my usual working hour settings - e.g. any invites from mucketymuck@muck.com count as VIP and can access extended available hours. I would have hours available for regular contacts and extended hours for VIP contacts. This is mainly because I deal with VIP in different timezones.
