Add an option to have a 15 minute (or some pre-set time) blocking time before or after (or both) meetings that get set up

   Yes! You can find a variety of buffers/limits settings under the Availability section when editing a scheduling link. https://docs.savvycal.com/article/26-configuring-buffers
