Month view for scheduling links 🗓

We heard from customers that sometimes less technical folks prefer the pick a day → pick time flow rather than the higher-density week view. So, now we have both views!

You can configure global and per-link default settings for your links, and the scheduler can toggle the view depending on their preferences.
