Scheduling page improvements

We recently shipped a bunch of UX improvements to the scheduling page:

• Loading indicators

• Auto-scroll to nearest open slots

• Button to jump to next week when there are no slots

• Hand cursor when hovering over an open window

• Visual feedback when click-and-dragging on the calendar

• Cleaner presentation of viewer's time zone
