After a recurring series is already scheduled, I would love not to have to move meetings myself. Sometimes my clients want to move a meeting within a week, sometimes they want to skip a scheduled instance (effectively "pushing back" the remaining events on the series)

I could accomplish this today by sending out individual links for each meeting in the series with date ranges for them to pick to schedule it in the first place, but this seems inelegant and probably more work than scheduling it directly and then moving meetings when needed. (not using SavvyCal at all in this case)

One way I could see solving this is allowing SavvyCal users (me, not my clients) to create a recurring series directly through SavvyCal (without allowing the client to pick), but giving the ability for reschedules on each instance.
