Allow Multi-Session Package Booking
Paul Geller
I’d love to see native support for multi-session packages in SavvyCal.
Use case:
I want to sell an “Office Hours 5-Pack." After purchase, the customer should be able to book five separate time slots on my calendar at their own convenience—without having to pay each time or manually request new links.
Currently, there’s no built-in way to:
• Sell access to multiple sessions as a bundle
• Track redemptions against a package balance
• Let users self-schedule remaining sessions from a single package link
This functionality is available in tools like [redacted so as not to promote a competitor but will share with you directly] , and it’s essential for coaches, consultants, and fractional professionals who offer multi-call packages.
Ideal workflow:
1. User purchases a package (e.g. 5 sessions for $888) via Stripe.
2. SavvyCal generates a unique booking link or redemption code.
3. User can schedule 5 sessions over time using that code or link.
4. The system automatically tracks how many sessions are left.
Bonus features that would help:
• Expiration date for redemption
• Per-package calendar availability
• Client portal or dashboard to view remaining sessions
This would dramatically improve the experience for service providers like myself who operate on multi-call models. Please consider adding this! It would prevent me from having to switch platforms!
Thanks!

That's interesting. I have another use case where I use another payment and sales software, for complex reasons.
What I'd like, without having to collect payment from Savvycal, would be the possibility of assigning certain customers a "quantity" of bookable lessons, and for them to be free to book slots until these credits are used up.
But for all this to happen, an integrated micro CRM project needs to appear in Savvycal.
I try to repeat throughout all these requests that the most important thing is this notion of CRM, this list of contacts. It has to exist before many of the requests here can be realised.
